We have partnered with FJC - A Foundation of Philanthropic Funds - to accept donations for the AJ Cina Memorial Fund. 

To make a contribution by check:

• Make your check payable to "FJC" (FJC can not accept cash donations), and indicate "AJ Cina Memorial Fund" on the check's memo line.

• If your address is not preprinted on your checks, or if your check information is not up-to-date, please be sure to include your current mailing address if you want FJC to issue you a tax receipt for your gift.

• Checks should be mailed to FJC’s office at:

​​What will I need for my tax records?

Each time you make a contribution of $250 or more, FJC will send you a tax substantiation letter for your donation – that’s all you need!  If your contribution is under $250, your cancelled check or e-mail confirmation for credit card donation is sufficient.   Please contact FJC for any questions about tax substantiation letters: FJC@FJC.org or 1-888-GIVE FJC or 212-714-0001.

FJC is a 501(c)(3) public charity. As such, all donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
